Workshops: Tools for Strategic Thinking

Participants of a Tools for Planning & Implementation workshop will learn how to:

  • Generate, categorize and reach consensus on hundreds of ideas in less than an hour

  • Explore cause and effect relationships and determine the driving issues

  • Identify gaps between current and desired performance in critical areas

  • Map out tasks by breaking down broad goals into increased levels of detail

  • Apply critical path methodology to find the most realistic schedule for the completion of a project or initiative

  • Utilize these tools to help build team consensus, create support for ideas, and generate buy in for action plans
